1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StocksFlow Management System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use StocksFlow for personal or commercial inventory management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without explicit written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that:

• We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StocksFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or other government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us through the support section.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StocksFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. StocksFlow makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StocksFlow and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StocksFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
